* A $15.00 non refundable administration fee will be deducted from eligable registration refund(s).

* No refunds after player(s) first scheduled game.
* Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.
* Notify your Age Group Director, print and complete a Refund Request Form and mail your completed form to:

Once premier teams have been formed and practices have begun there are NO refunds for any or all of the registration fees.
